# Batch actions

> Approve, reject, or cancel multiple transactions at once

Batch actions let you perform the same action on multiple transactions simultaneously instead of handling them one by one.

## How to use batch actions

  <Step title="Open the Transactions page">
    Navigate to **Transactions** in the sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start a batch action">
    Select the **Batch actions** dropdown and choose **Approve**, **Reject**, or **Cancel**.

  <Step title="Select transactions">
    Select the transactions you want to act on. Approve and Reject apply to Active transactions. Cancel applies to Ready transactions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm your action">
    Select the action button (**Approve**, **Reject**, or **Cancel**) to apply it to all selected transactions.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  Review all selected transactions before confirming. Batch actions do not execute transactions. Execute each Ready transaction individually.

## When to use

Batch actions are useful when your Squad has accumulated multiple transactions that need the same action, such as approving a backlog of routine transfers or rejecting a set of outdated transactions.
