Batch actions let you perform the same action on multiple transactions simultaneously instead of handling them one by one.

How to use batch actions

Open the Transactions page

Navigate to Transactions in the sidebar.

Start a batch action

Select the Batch actions dropdown and choose Approve, Reject, or Cancel.

Select transactions

Select the transactions you want to act on. Approve and Reject apply to Active transactions. Cancel applies to Ready transactions.

Confirm your action

Select the action button (Approve, Reject, or Cancel) to apply it to all selected transactions.
Review all selected transactions before confirming. Batch actions do not execute transactions. Execute each Ready transaction individually.

When to use

Batch actions are useful when your Squad has accumulated multiple transactions that need the same action, such as approving a backlog of routine transfers or rejecting a set of outdated transactions.
