Provider comparison

Coinflow

Coinflow provides fast verification and instant payout options for US bank accounts. A Coinflow off-ramp creates a proposal in your Squad like any other transfer, and its network fees are paid by the member or the Fee Relayer.
Coinflow off-ramping through Squads is currently limited to US bank accounts only.

Off-ramp with Coinflow

1

Start the off-ramp

Navigate to Treasury, select Send, then choose Off-ramp. A warning asks you to check your KYC/KYB details and the destination bank account details before initiating and approving off-ramp transactions. Select Understood to continue. If prompted, sign in with your wallet.
2

Select the sub-account

In the Off-Ramp window, under Account, select the sub-account to send from. The Coinflow widget loads below it, and the remaining steps take place inside the widget.
3

Enter your email and country of residence. Select Individual or Business and complete verification.
4

Add a bank account

Add a bank account with the required details (account owner, type, bank name, routing number, account number).
5

Choose payout method and amount

Enter the amount and select your payout method. Review the details and select Initiate.

Payout options

RTP and push-to-card provide instant access to funds. Use standard ACH for the lowest fees when timing is not critical.

Sphere

Sphere offers the lowest conversion fees at 0.1% and supports individuals and businesses across 160+ markets.

Set up Sphere for off-ramping

Before using Sphere, create an account and connect your bank account at spherepay.co.
1

Generate a linked wallet address

In Sphere, go to Payouts, select the Bank accounts tab, and find the bank account you want to off-ramp to. Select the menu icon in the Actions column and choose Generate wallet address for the Solana network.
2

Copy the wallet address

In the Linked wallets column, select View wallets and copy the Solana address linked to your bank account.
3

Save to your Squad's contacts

Add the Sphere-linked address to your Squad’s Contacts for quick access.

Off-ramp with Sphere

Send USDC from your Squad to the Sphere-linked address. Funds convert automatically and arrive in your bank account. No additional steps are needed inside the Squads app — it works like a normal token transfer.
Streamline routine off-ramps with a spending limit. For example, allow your CTO to transfer up to 1,000 USDC per week to the off-ramp address without full multisig approval.

Transfer methods

Sphere supports USD and EUR bank accounts only, regardless of where the account holder is located. Multi-currency accounts (Wise, Revolut) work as long as you receive to a USD or EUR balance.

Fees

Off-ramping with Sphere has three cost components:
  1. Solana network fee for sending USDC to the Sphere-linked address
  2. 0.1% conversion fee (USDC to USD or USDC to EUR)
  3. Bank fees for receiving wire, ACH, or SEPA (varies by bank)

Supported regions

Sphere operates in 160+ markets and supports any USD or EUR bank account in a non-high-risk country per OFAC/FATF guidelines.
New York residents have restricted access. In Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, and Slovenia, only business accounts are supported. China, Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and other OFAC/FATF high-risk countries are not available. See Sphere’s help center for the complete list.

Best practices

  • Match provider to your needs. Coinflow for instant US payouts. Sphere for the lowest fees and non-US off-ramping.
  • Save off-ramp addresses in Contacts. Avoid copy-paste errors by saving verified addresses.
  • Consider spending limits for routine off-ramps. If you regularly off-ramp to the same destination, a spending limit reduces approval overhead.
